Transmission problems

I recently took my trans apart to repalce two gears that were stripped. I put everything back together and I am sure everything went back together ok. I noticed that when I roll the car backwards a noise is heard from the transmission area. I don't remember if the car did this before I took it apart. It this noise normal? If not, any ideas what may be wrong?

The link is broken. My tranny does make a bit of noise when you spin it backwards though

When I spin the gear the one way all four tires move so I can't really spin it as hard and fast as you can the other way so I can't tell if it will make the noise or not. WHen I spin it backwards where it is free spinning you get this noise. If I switch it into reverse, when I roll the car forward it does the same thing

Well, mine doesn't make that noise... Idk what it could be, hopefully someone will know
