Shorty beware of that auction homie. That guy does not have good feedback. Check the savage forum for a thread titled someone is going to get one hell of a deal.

Also check his feedback he has sold the truck twice and no one has gotten it.

i have iv posted in there i also in con with the guy just need to know where i stand with postal costs

Shorty, I'm not trying to piss on your crumpets here but he states that he will ship to only the US, he might just leave bad feedback for you stating that you just f'd with him because you are in the UK. If you really think he will part with the "to good to be true" deal then I'd suggest finding someone in the US who you can trust enough to be a third party for the transaction to ship the item to and then forward it to you.

well r any of u mods any where nere him he siad he will ship to me but I'm not sure about cost of shiping he wants $110 to send

Shitballs, that seems a bit steep to the UK. I'd go the route of a 3rd party you can trust if that price ends up being way to high.

$110 to ship to the UK? That seems pretty high to me. Of course I have never shipped anything to the UK so I can't say that for sure.

I live about 5 hours away from the seller.

I double checked with UPS for shorty and it was in that ballpark for the dimensions I guessed at and also the weight. However for the USPS to ship it was only $50+/-

It also depends on how fast he wishes to send it to you. I won't ship anything to the U.K, unless I can get it there fast. My father sold a $2400 camera, it didn't get there for 3-4 months.

Soo maybe he's quoting you soem speedy delivery, I dont mind shipping to the UK at all, as long as they pay the shipping, and it is a somewhat timely method..

Can you imagin e waiting 60-90 dys for a $2400 camera

That price is about right for shipping to the UK. As for the rest, you can pay for the merchandise to be shipped to me, send me a check for shipping it to the UK and I'll see that it gets there. I've done this before.

I'm kinda on the way from where he is in the US to the UK.

For you oveseas buyers you should stay away from courier and parcel companies such UPS and DHL. They are always much more expensive than good old USPS. Make sure you get airmail also, surface mail will take 5-7 weeks to arrive. Who wants to wait that long for their Savage just to save a few $$?
I myself live in Norway and buy quit a lot on e-bay and other online shops in America. When the sellers jump out the window when they quote overseas shipping I use a friends American adress instead, and have him forward it to me or even repack smapper packages into a bigger shipment.
