Dam bud that sucks... what motor you running? I blew apart the copperhead 2 tires on my Kra 8. It's the worst. And they were brand new. It happened on the first run of the truck..first full pull of the throttle.

Oh thats what did it. The 3s. Was it upside down with a full throttle pull??
Unfortunately the stock tires from any company aren't the best fit. For the RC there are mounted too. I would look at the Druatrax line of tires. Good company and well built tires. I run the duratrax six packs. On 3 of my RC's and soon to be 5 of them.

Really belted on 3s. Wow that's crazy tough I'm sure... don't know why buggies would need belted tires. 2s-3- really isn't that much power put to the wheels. Nice tires though...

No matter what tire you go with bud. You always want to make sure to give them a once over. Just make sure the tire is well glued on both sides. And add glue to spot that didn't get a good seat at the factory....

normal buggy is 105-110mm

these jetko gives more ground clearence, these are the best allround tyres i ever try.
soft offroad and streets. rally drive style.

do you run streets then with street body buy GRP,s these are insane
buy compound s7 if you have 3s

compound soft and medium is for 6s s3 - s5

anyways its about rpm, offroad tyres blows at high rpm, 2wd slash on 3s have high rpm,s too

almost same rpm on wheel like big wheel 6s trucks

so you need belted quality wheels rear at least

When the 2wd slash goes in air the RPM at 3s are insane high at rear wheel in air. almost same that big wheel 6s
trucks have
