Is 1/18 scale the smallest nitro or is there anything smaller? One that I could get parts for etc.

I think it is. On XRay's site (Company making NT18 and NT18T) it says it is the smallest. Also there is the Sportwerks Mini Chaos buggy.

I like nitro but I would like to try smaller scale. What would you recomend? Taking in the account that I can tune to an extent but am not super good YET.

Just hang on. Ofna have just released the mini ST. Which as the name suggests is a mini (1/18-1/12) Its powered by the Ofna .12 so I'm guessing it'll be a 1/12 scale. You just know she'll be strong. Of course if you are happy with 1/12 then the CEN MG16 is a riot.

Well I was really looking for an 1/18 scale. What I really want it for is just rippin around the yard. You know how grass sometimes gets into clumps and there is dirt in between? Well there is a lot of that here so good suspension is a must. How bug relativle is a 1/12 to an 1/18? If its not too much bigger i wouldn't mind 1/12. But I want the smallest one I can find that my LHS carries parts for. They carry most major brands, losi hpi traxxas team associated you know the BIG names.

I really like this but I can't find a review. http://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/m_intro.php?Xnet_Session=051b674349aa40b1cb9bdc109f5296c3

The 1/12 scale in monster truck runs 11" long. (thats my Cen MG16) My RC18 runs 8.5" so there's a fair difference I guess. But I have to assume a 1'18 like the Raminator (electric) would be bigger cause its a MT.
I can't tell you if the NT series are any good, but I will tell you my LHS is giving them away for $100 aus with any serious nitro purchase.
(they reckon they're crap)
Personally I reckon driving a 1/18 on the ground you described is going to be a pain in the proverbial.

I have a Chaos which is 1/16th scale nitro. Its a riot. Amain has them for $89.99. Parts are super cheap too. Its a fun lil buggy

I need to write a retraction-apology.
The NT from Sportsworks looks like a pretty good bit of gear, the car I was talking about was the MT16. I dont know who makes it but it is cheap and nasty.
That Chaos that Cam has looks good too.
Sorry

no big deal, happens all the time. Cam could you be a little more specific?
