Last night was a terrible night. It took me forever to fall asleep because I had the worst shortness of breath.
I finally fell asleep around 2:30 am, "the last time I Iooked at the clock.
5:00 am, I woke up to a wonderful Charlie Horse. It was fun, NOT.

I used to get those damned things all the time! Would wake me straight up and out of bed from a dead sleep!
I don't know if a CBD topical salve or menthol gel type thing might help.
I use CBD and menthol on my aches and pains now.

Magnesium is great for muscle cramps, and available as a supplement....or you could just eat more avocados

Oh no, it was so painful, it was a horse.

Still struggling with drywall, I contacted a contractor but they wanted way too much The patch is fine, but now it's visible even after repainting the section. I think I'm going to re-prime and repaint the full wall.

If the patch is good, leave the patch. Just replace the rest of the wall.

Matching paint is a pain. If its old paint, its almost impossible. Years of dirt, smoke, sun fade etc. make it tough.
The color match machines at the hardware store can only do so much.

I had the same thing happen at our old apartment. Paint didn't match, twice.

The room got painted in May 2024. I asked my uncle if I should use primer on the patch before paint and he insisted that I didnt, but I feel like he was wrong. I hope re priming the wall and then re painting will make the wall back to normal.

If it's anything that has a gloss to it make sure to keep a wet edge. Otherwise it will "flash" you'll see the uneven drying on the overlap and edge.

It's either satin or eggshell or matte even, I still have the original can of paint and the original primer too, there's just paint covering the front of the can so I can't read it lol
