We can dislike any rigs we want to but brand bashing in a public forum puts a bad taste in the mouths of the new guys.
If I were new, I would hate it and wouldn't come back to this forum if all I seen was how terrible Traxxas is.
If you dislike them, then keep it to yourselves.

tekno will be for my larger 1/8th scale for sure, i’m considering the n110 but will mostly be team associated and now (mystery brand) for 1/10th scale

oh and I can’t forget my slash either

I like my slash I think traxxas is aimed at the beginner to RC market and solidified themselves there and they make more money catering to that crowd and that’s perfectly fine with me no reason to hate them

Well, there you go. I'm allowed to voice my opinions without scaring away the new guys.
I feel like its our responsiblity as grown ups to teach kids how spending money with companies that agree with us is ULTRA important.
More so in an age where often kids give up there rights to privacy and more without a thought, just so the can play a video game.
Traxxas makes good cars. I've said it and I own 2. Thats not the issue.
I never said the cars suck, just the companies policies toward competition and that they willfully close their competition that sucks.
People deserve to know who they spend their money with.
I won't pretend it didn't happen.
Traxxas could have stopped this post years ago too.

imo if I like the product i’m going to buy it no matter what the company does, if product quality is terrible then I won’t buy

This is aimed at no one in particular, just my take on things. Yes this is the "RANT" thread.

It's pretty simple, buy what you like. (apparently I like a lot)

Pointing out dislikes is fine, but straight up trash talking about company seems silly to me. Not everyone has the same tastes.

Yes, if a product has a flaw, it's good to let others know so they can make informed decisions. This however is not the same as if you just don't like something, so nobody else should either. We are all in this together, no need to draw lines in the sand. We are here for a good time.

I own 3 traxxas rigs that I will never get rid of. But my brand now is the Arrma 6s line of rigs. I do not like smaller than 1/10. But that's just me. .

I need to put one of the Arrma 6s models on my list... I've only ever owned their 3s models, and their design did not get along with me at all... My oldest son has a 6s Typhon and he has been happy with it.

I don't see how anyone is going to give 2 sh*ts about what I have to say about 2 fifteen year old nitro cars anyways.
I just don't agree with censorship. My opinion is as valid as anyone elses here.
I feel like neglecting/omitting truth is the same as telling lies.
Its like leaving a positive review about a bad car on youfool by showing the highlights before the car explodes.
Unless there is more, please, lets move on.
I'm not trying to sway anyone or convince or anything else.
