I wanted to know if the diffs in the 2.5 and the 3.3 are different? I tried to fit the revo axles on my T-Maxx but found that the holes for the worm screws are different. I am looking now at the traxxas cv axles but they say they are for the revo and t-maxx 3.3. I have an old 2.5 chassis and diffs but I am not sure if these will fit

Here are the ones I am looking at

Slight difference in the input and output diff pinions from the 2.5 to 3.3. You can easily grind the nub off the end of the drive shaft yoke so it will seat farther on the pinion and line up the hole for the screw pin but… The revo spec wheel axles will not fit the 2.5 axle carriers. You would need to upgrade to the revo spec axle carriers to use the revo shafts or the cvds you linked to. You also would need 3.3 spec toe links to go with the axle carriers.

I was only going to do the Revo axles on the rear as I keep snapping the rears and I have the True Track rear so they do fit but I could not get the hole to line up on the diff side

Sand paper, like Snook said sand them.
