Spaz Stix

Anyone ever tried the Spaz Stix Holographic spray or color change sprays? I just ordered a few cans and am curious how they turn out.

i like them but i would not back them with black it seems to make them really dark , i have used red and a light freen they come out better that way , or silver for that matter

They work good,think of the paint as a "candy paint" you can see directly threw it.

spray it on,and then a solid red after it will give you a pearl red.
.....spray it on and then spray the yellow on and you have a pearl yellow... etc. etc ...

Ah, thanks for the tips. I have a few cans of pactra indy silver I can use to back the colorchange stuff. And I will go for some orange to try out the holographic paint.

I haven't tried spaz stix yet, but i have used the tamiya cans with the colourshift effect.

Here is some Spaz Stix color shift paint on a Revo Lid I painted for a bud. In the sun it looks killer but under lights and sittin in the house it is OK. I backed the shift with black like the directions tell you. I will try backin with silver next time I spray it. Here are a few pics of the truck.

That is a very nice job on the revo, What colors did you use, and where did he get the brake disks? Awesome!

Thanks for the kind words. I used a few colors. Spaz Stix color change purple to blue.Silver outlined masks.Inside the masks is candy red,blue,purple,orange then backed by silver.And the skulls are in chrome and red. The brake discs are ,well were from ProLine. Discontinued but still out here,I see them from time to time on ebay.
