Ok so i was thinking of putting this on just like this I guess I have not tried everything yet but here it is has anyone tried?

You need the gasket between pipe and manifold. What's it going on?

bummer what would happen if i did not put it on and run it like this and its going on the
Associated LRP Z.28R Spec 3

You would probably not have enough backpressure to maintain a good tune.
Oil would be leaking all over the place.
You may even have radio interference due to the metal on metal contact
I would spend a couple bucks for the gasket.

yea the exhaust would just exit there instead of going into the tuned part of the tube.

same way exhaust leaks affect 1:1 cars.
