hi I've just got a kyosho gx15 engine that i can get started only wen it is off the car then i connect every thing back up pull the starter and nothing it sounds like it wants to start but i am new to r/c is there something I'm not doing or shouldnt be doing?????????

On the car does the clutch spin freely? How are you startin the engine off the car?

yes it spins freely and I'm just holding it and pulling the cord

I got a feeling it's something with the fuel tank maybe not being sealed and pressurized properly so fuel isn't getting to the carb

can you see fuel in the line going to the carb?

You should beable to see fuel in the line provided you have a line that is transparent

i got it going now but new problem it starts up i give it some throttle it moves forward then cuts out?

Your going to have to tune your carb, do you have it at factory setting right now?

no i messed it all up wen i was trying to start it do u know wot the settings are and can u tell me which 1 is the hsn and the lsn as i dont know much about them?
