Slipper nut keep getting loose

Hi I keep having a problem with my slipper nut it just keeps getting loose I changed the nut and still same problem is there anything that goes in front of the nut

put some blue lock tight on it i had the same problem on my stampede

No need for locktite with a new nylock nut. The concave spring washers between the nut and spur bearing are designed to keep tension on the nut.
The washers install like this ( ). If they are installed any other way or have been flattened by over tightening they will not work correctly and even a new nut will loosen.
