Honestly, with all the parts popping up from the aftermarket, and ebay chop shops, I probably will not even buy a 4x4, just build it from the ground up with the parts I want instead of just a buncha pieces I'm going to replace anyway. It will probably come out cheaper in the end anyway. Heck I can make a 2wd roller for less than $50.

I agree with you.

I ended up selling the RX/TX, battery and tires off of mine. Probably sell the body as well. Selling the stuff significantly lowered my cost for the 4x4 though so I am happy. The key though is to sell the stuff while it's brand new so you can get top dollar for the parts.
