Silicone oil included with the Revo 3.3 (5308)

THe Revo 3.3 is an awesome kit that comes with plenty of tools and extra parts, first impression is very good. But I hae a question about one of the included parts...included is a bottle that is simply labeled: "Traxxas Silicone Oil"

Is this silicone oil supposed to be used for the shocks, or is this the oil that recommended for the air filters?

If it is for the shocks, I wonder what Wt it is.

it is 30wt shock oil.
