did you try the shumacker website? I foun the site while looking for a belt for my car but can't remember the exact webaddress

Yes i tried there, but to no avail.
I have managed to find bits to rebuild my one though. Spring , cord , handle, bearing.
Just hope the plastic bits are ok. (and never break)
i have heard its difficult to put it back together. but i can't see why. (although that comment may come back to haunt me)
