What speed does a steering servo need to be responsive enough for drifting? Would a speed like 0.14-0.16 sec/60 degrees be suitable, or should it be lower to something like around 0.10 sec/60 degrees? Also, would I need a 180 degree or 270 degree type?

The faster the better, always. And especially if you're planning on running a D Box or something similar. Not sure on the sweep range though, but it's not as important as speed and torque.

What torque would be acceptable? 20kg or something sub 10kg?
