Has anyone tried fitting a gear reduced like the Greartisan DC 12V 100RPM N20 High Torque Speed Reduction Motor to an SCX24?

The length looks roughly right to fit in the stock location. The mount might need some new holes. It's 12V which means you could probably get away with 3S. The application says things like door locks, which is short usage application. So it's on then off and I don't know how it would hold up to 30 minutes of abuse?

the applications listed go all over . its an electric motor it can holdup to 30 minutes of use heck at 100 rpm might take you over a hour to get 20 feet..lol.were there's a will there's a way .seen other gear reduction devices used b4 in rc ....go for it .post a video of it in use might need to use a high speed camera..

LOL. True.

There is a 3000 RPM version. Although, I'm not sure what the RPM should be and it's voltage dependent too. But it's sort of cheap motor so specs are going to be vague.
