How do (any of) these tires and wheels work at high rpm? Anyone try mounting these on a stadium truck or monster?

You'd have to belt the inside with gorilla tape or something, or they'd be pizza cutters in no time. Two of the sets of tires on my Wraith are taped for that reason, one set was left soft n squishy. The foams you run help also. Crawler innovations deuces wild foams are the go to for Ultra 4 and basher rigs.

just amazing how they can make there RC tires much like the real thing.

I need to dig up this grave of a thread. I am looking into class 1 or class 0 tires for a scale build. I can't fit anything over 98 mm in diameter due to fender and wheel well clearance. I would like to use the 1.9 wheels I have rather than going 1.55" but, if that's the best option then so be it.
Out of the scalers here, what tires have we actually tested? I'm still digging around for YT videos on a tire this small.
I can tell you, the rock creepers in a 1.0 for my scx24 were not impressive. The injora stuff beats them every time in price and performance. I can't imagine they would be any better in a larger scale.
My terrain would be rough concrete, lava rock, and whatever surface I can drum up while continuing The Badger Creek Crawler Course when the weather is nice.
