Decided to take back all the crap RC's i bought my 2 year old and get her one of the Rustler or monster jamb RC's... She loves stealing the controls for my nitro and playing with it so its time to get her one that will actually be able to go through the grass and small hills and dirt piles... Now I'm just undecided on witch one to get her... I think the rustler will have better control with the tire combo it has on it but the Monster jamb will probably be able to go through a little more with the higher clearance..?

Suggestions

The Monster Jan trucks are more geared to kids than the Rusty. I'd recommend them.

Given her age and the fact she probably isnt going to do any "precision" driving I would go Monster Jam as well. The higher ground clearance will enable her to go thru the taller grass and bumpy stuff

My daughter is 3 and want a Monster Mutt, I think at their age, a "puppy truck" would be awesome.

Was all set to get one of the monster jams. Watched a few more utube and ended up getting the rusty. It just seemed to turn and handle better. They are pretty much the same veh frame seemed a little better on the rusty. The reviews I read on the monster jams the biggest complane was tires and shocks. Figure I can always put bigger tires on it at a later point or swap tires off one of my nitro rigs

nitro rims wont work,i have the mutt and change tires and rims.both axles take hex(nitro use bearing in fron and hex in rear. And u need nitro hex in front because of off set and eletric hex rim in rear(arm are longer in rear than fron.i bought a lot wrong stuff before i got iot right

The shocks on the stampedes are the same shocks they use on the rustler but either way she should have fun with it. You'll probably want to put RPM fron arms and maybe the bumper too. The stock arms break pretty easy and the stock bumper doesn't offer any extra protection for the front arms like the RPM one does.
