I bought my revo with aluminum shock ends on it. I think they are hot racing, but I'm not sure. They have quite a bit of slop in them already and I have less than a gallon through it.

Just curious what others have used that have lasted a long time.

I have the Lunsford stuff on my savage and they are finally getting sloppy after about 8 gallons... will 1/8 scale ends fit? I doubt it, but thought it might be worth a question.

Revo shafts are an odd size (diameter) but you may see if a 3.5mm shaft from a front buggy shock will fit. I use the RD Racing Products aluminum shock ends and have not had one problem with them. Roy puts out some great stuff and has great customer service!

Yes olds they are hot racing ends. Its all the HS I went to had, I'm not a huge fan of hot racing, but they seemed fine for the short time I had em.

Thanks for the info. I thought thats what they were. You only ran half a gallon through the truck when you had it right? I've only run about 1.5 through it since I got it. 3/4 of that was with a 18TM.

After running the 2.5R in the winter, I can't seem to get it to tune right, so I replaced it. I think the front main bearing is leaking air.

I have RD Racing Ends on my Integy and they're great. They're also a bit shorter too, so if you're clever and mechnically inclined, youcan get more travel out of your shocks. I'm in the midst of trying to put 2 different spring rates together to make a progressive travel spring setup like Proline offers for the TMaxx.

hahah...fubar, do you realize that the revo already HAS progressive suspension?? lol
if you want MORE progressiveness, go with the p3 rockers

also, the racers edge are the ones that most people are using and having very good luck with em

I found those when I was looking around. Any idea what the ball part is made out of? Looking at the PR ones I have, both the ball and the end are made out of aluminum...
The ball is some sort of composite material. I have those on my LSP and well, while they are better than stock plastic ones, I'm not completely sold on them yet.

Let me know how it works out for you. Granted, it's only a $20 part, but I'd still like to know. Not much point in wasting the money needlessly. (Already did that when I got into the hobby ;) )
