Well busted the steering servo, twisted the roll cage, destroyed a shock and broke the antenna. :hehe:

Oh by the way with the new servo, horn, saver spring, steering this thing turns on a dime!!!!
Side question. Why is the fuel line so long from the tank to the carb. on the revo 3.3 Model 5308? Can I shorten it, or leave it long. And do fuel filters help much??
Nitro is sooooo much freakin fun!!!!! :D

the length on the fuel line is good because if you flip the fuel in the line keeps it running fairly long to give you the oppurtunity to run and flip it over

That ramp is going to destroy your truck. You need a ramp that is quarter pipe style. When you hit the ramp you have there i bet you are pretty much slamming the front end into the ramp.
The fuel line is made long like that so when the truck lands on its lid it runs for quite a while before running out of fuel. Shortening the line will result in alot more times you will have to restart the truck after its been on its lid.

Thanks for the info on the fuel line. That jump was just for test purposes. :D Working on a couple dirt ramps. Crappy NC weather delaying the process.

To you NC boys there is a new track setup in Raeford NC. Thats where i went today. They have one of the biggest motocross tracks i have ever seen. They also have a track for small kids and thats what is what everyone has been running on. We talked to them today and if we can get enough people together then they said they will build us a dedicated R/C Track. The place is huge.
But i am going to the track in Fuquay Varina this coming up weekend. The track there is very nice i would like to see some of you NC boys out there also!

I'm a member of Cape Fear in Fuquay actually. I should be out there Wed night after work. I'm new to RC Racing, but that track KICKS ASS! I may need to lookup Raeford and see how far it is from me. I know there is another track out in King, NC as well that is supposed to be decent.

Chapel Hill here. Gonna start a new NC buddy locator thread. Would like to go see the tracks in NC!!!! Charlotte was the closet I found so far.
