Former police officer charged with abuse of power is found not guilty after 2 years of jail time when an eye witness confessed that the driver of said vehicle grabbed officers gun. Also a back ground check finds driver to be wanted in 13 states for a list of agrivated asults, armed robbery and larceny. But officer is denied an appeal.
