Hi All ,

I am ashamed to say I have a Revo That has been sitting stagnent for say three years . Never used, I think it's the 2.5 . I get an accumulation of diff oil under the front and back differential bottom plate. Any insite ? Is this common and when I do actually use hopefully this summer do the diff's need to be filled or checked.
Yea I think I going to have alot of questions for you pro's

Thanks
Tom

Thanks I was hopeing that would not be the case being it has not been used

The diffs on one of my Revos also leaked badly and I found that the issue was the stock O rings. They seemed to be made from a soft material and several were torn apart.
I went to the hardware store and found a box of #47 O rings (11/32" OD x 7/32" ID x 1/16") that matched the size of the stock O rings.
Haven't had a leak on the diffs that I rebuilt with these.

Sometimes you can get lucky and find a similar part cheaper at a hardware store. I think a while back they found some springs there to replace the lighter springs that come on the mini eRevo VXL.
