reverse module

hi guys,
my savage x has developed a new problem. when switch it on to reverse gear, it some whats comes in to a neutral position. i feel the gears in the transmission are not engaging.THE TRUCK DOES NOT MOVE ENVEN WITH FULL THROTTLE.
WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

With the motor off try rolling it by hand and shifting gears to see what it does, it soulds like the linkage needs to be adjusted. If its still doing it take the linkage off the servo and see if you can manually shift it, if that works just adjust it so that it has enough throw to shift correctly. Or if your radio has end point adjustments just use that to correct it.

i checked all the linkages. pulled it to the max with hand. seems like some other problem
