i'v ordered the sav reverse module and have a few quetions

how often does it stick in neutral?
do you still have a smooth pull off from a stand still or does it sort of struggle then go?

i saw megamaxxs t-maxx you had to have full throttle then it would rev then first would kick in

thanks in advance for the help

it might be different on the sav to the maxx.

it looks like an inline thing rather than the setup that comes with the maxx. (I'm guess you would still need the 3rd servo)

doesn't you sav need a self righting mechanism, rather than reverse lol.

it has never stuck in neutral for me, no i dont think there any real differenance in take off with the reverse install

but be carefull not to switch into reverse if your moving or the engine is reving at all. ......its easy to wreck it

pilot you hit it right on the money ,
they have very little resistence with the reverse installed and it does weigh near what the maxx reverse stuff does imo

1 more question does it hurt it to rev it in neutral
i think no unless you engage 1st while reving

i running with a 2 stick control

imagine a standard manual gear six speed gearbox

1 3 5

2 4 6

1=forward throttle
2='' brake
3=neutral throttle
4='' brake
5=reverse throttle
6='' brake

i have a gate (i think thats the name for it) so i can't go 1 to 5 without braking and returning to idle

sorry for the longish post

another question is it normal for it to jump forward a few cm's when switching between gears the only way it doesn't do this is to have the idle real low but then the engine stalls

thanks again for all the help

well its just the gears engageing. the reverse on my maxx made the gears wear real quick , (didnt tell you i replaced um when i did the FOC)
