hello new at this would like to know how i can replace my break pads on my savage :):)
 
Pull your transmission out, remove the brake assembly, remove the old pads and apply the new pads and then reassemble....
 
If you just want to replace pads only and not rotors, you can do it without tranny removal. I did mine this wknd, I was able to pull the two bolts that hold the brake assembly, slid the whole thing forward off the hex on the tranny and slipped it off. I then replaced the pads and reassembled, 15 minutes easy...
