Monday, I am ordering a .21 conversion kit from New Era Models.

I am not completely sure on the engine, but I think I am going to the the .26 Picco/Ofna Outlaw or at least some kind of .21 beast. I know its going to over power the truck, but I want to see how fast I can get this thing going in a wide open parking lot.

I want to make the truck durable, I know new era models has the aluminum arms, and I have checked out the RPM arms that are pretty reasonable in price.

New Era Models has some aluminum drag wheels with foam tires, but they are for 1/4" axles, I have 3/16" axles, I want to get MIP CVD's for it, they sell a 1/4" axle, so my question here is, what do I do to convert this.

I am going to get steel tranny gears from Robinson Racing, is there an aluminum tranny case on the market, or is the stock case going to be OK??

I think thats about it, except I am getting the Crescenzi GT Brake System.

All advice is greatly appreciated, I just want to build a really fast RC10GT, not so much for bashing purposes, but for just all out speed in a wide open area, mainly on road.

That sounds sweet, Id get a 3mm chassis for bluestar, steel screws, and a failsafe if you dont have one! Weight will not be and issue because a good .12 engine will make you wheelie the rc10 is so light. So id beef everything up.

WELL HERE ARE MY UPDATES.

I AM BUILDING ANOTHER TRUCK FROM SCRATCH.

I am using a Hardcore Racing chassis

Lunsford Titanium Shock mounts, Hinge Pins and Turnbuckles

RPM Front and Rear Arms, Rear Bulkhead, Body Mounts, Rear Arm Mounts and Ball Cups

RB Concepts .12 Engine

HiTec Aggressor FM radio w/ High Torque Steering Servo

MIP CVD's, Zero Maint Steering, Flywheel and 4 n 1 clutch

RD Logics Header and Pipe, and Battery Pack

Crescenzi Racing Brakes and Extended Front Axles

New Era Models 1/8 Scale Buggy Wheels Adapters

Right now I am undecided on the shock towers and bumpers, I like the look of the Titanium from Hardcore Racing, but I want something light, so I might get the graphite from Associated, and the RPM Front Bumper.

Any advice is appreciated.

Well if you id get a rpm bumper, Team AE carbon shock tower, And I probably wouldn't get a H/C Shock's.

Well, yesterday I bought a new NTC3, I might put the RB Engine on that and get a .21 for the RC10GT.
