I finally got the replacement skid today. RE asked me to return the skid at my own expense, bastards! But at least the replacement was a free upgrade to Super Duty 4mm.

Overall, RE's worth doing business with. Here's the address I returned the skids to should you ever need it.

I'm glad to see they finally took care of you, I was curious how you had made out. I'm sure they wanted yours back to see how the holes were drilled in the wroing spot, mine just bent so they did not even want mine back.

Anyone know if Hardcore Racing has any kind of warranty policy on their "titanium" skids?

Titanium in quotes because yes, I did just bend one... so bad that I actually had to remove the front bumper and mount it on the outisde of the skid's edge it was bent so far back.

Just wasn't sure if anyone has had this happen to them before (no threads here indicate it, anyways). Will report back when I find something out.
