question about rc18 line

There is a guy selling two rc 18s locally for 110$. both complete and look new. one is the car and the other is the T version.

My question is, how hard is it to switch these to say the MT or the buggy version? i dont know if the car would handle my area, so i may have to go bigger. but 110$ for two is a really good deal right?

Tires, shock twers and body are the only difference between all 4 rc18's.
