Are those made of playdough put in a kiln dude!? Sure looks like it, I can make those easy. :whistle:
 
Does the dye hold or does it start to wear off after running them?

Somehow I suspected you'd stretched balloons over your tires. Was the only way I could think of to get that effect on regular tires.

At least, I HOPE those are balloons!
 
Yup, it's the neck of a large sized party ballon :hehe: Now don't give this away just yet. I have another forum tring to guess. So far they asked if it was done with, dye, sand grip paint, photoshop, my little sister with her crayons, plastacine, playdough, molding clay, and paint. They are still guessing and I have been hiding messages in my posts for them like I have done here.
