Can anyone help me with this issue which has arose?
I started today and when i pull the pullstart its very loose and makes a diffrent noise than it did before. Its also not connecting with the engine.

Here is a video of the issue:

When you pull the starter, it engages the one-way bearing that turns the starter shaft that turns over the engine. It appears that the bearing is slipping. You need to take it apart and clean the one way bearing with some carburetor cleaner, denatured alcohol, lighter fluid, gasoline, lacquer thinner, or whatever you have to degrease it. Pay attention to the rotation of the bearing when you take it out and put it back in. (because it will not work if you reinstall it backwards). If cleaning it doesn't work, you will have to get a new one.

Pull the OWB and shoot it with wd40 and try it again. Sometimes they get dirty and just need to be cleaned

I see mrbones already said this, I guess I should have read the other replies lol
