ProLine making a running change on tire inserts/foams and not changing product pictures and descriptions? Scam??

Got the inserts and still ProLine and Horizon is still scamming us.
These are not the old inserts I asked for, these are the new ones.
I get it thats its a running change but seriously let the customers know and CHANGE the product PICTURES and DESCRIPTIONS along with the change!!! Like wth.
The pictures still shows the old style inserts, the non tab ones which are softer and gives off more traction rather than the new ones which are harder. Ill try punching holes in the inserts though. More stress and hassle for me yay. Noted. Not gonna use proline 1/10 tires.

Looks like Horizon will getting a mean email from me tomorrow morning!

Probably cause Horizon is making everything for bashers now. They don't care about the racers anymore.

I know. I only went with proline for my Truck Slicks because my uncle bought trucks instead of buggies so he gave the OG pair to me so I decided, you know what just get another pair to make a whole set. This is my only set of ProLine tires/inserts too.

I was thinking moving to JConcepts because thats what I mostly use but I'm on a tight budget rn so whatever I have I need it to work, atleast to the funtional stand point.

Not to mention, Ill still be buying Horizon products anyways to complete my Typhon build, thats Arrma which is Horizon. I have a Mini B, thats Losi and also Horizon. So either way technically I can't just stop buying "Horizon garbage" lol.

Contact some competiting makers of inserts and ask them what compares to or is a grade of softness your are looking for. Chances are they've tested the P-L's against their own range of inserts and can make recommendations. Just a thought. -AC

Yea if I wasn't on a tight budget then yea I would find some different brand inserts. But I don't "race" the rustler alot and I just didn't like that traction between the 2 was off during running for practice so I'm not gonna make a whole deal out of it and just run the newer stiffer inserts.

Pretty sure I got a hole punch somewhere around here so Ill also try that on the new inserts.

Also Horizon prices are insanely high like 15 bucks for a pair of inserts is crazy. Thats half the cost of a pair of tires and the rubber is technically more important than the insert lol

Looks like they finally listened to me. They released new low profile sidewall ones with the correct picture for the insert. Hopefully these new black inserts are less stiff than the blue running change ones.

Edit:
If Proline will accept a return for my current set in change with these new ones for all the stuff I been through with them I'll try out the new ones pictured above. But if not, Jconcepts baby. Jcon is the way.

I just don't feel like Horizon is interested in the hobby, racing or much of anything other than profit.
They could switch to selling roofing tiles tomorrow and no one there would notice or care.
I REALLY hope someone there changes my mind.
The Losi Sprint car has potential at least. We'll see if it sticks around or if all the parts will be discontinued in 3 years.
