Well i'm not sure if i suck at tuning or what, but my car won't stop stalling. I don't beve it the way it's tuned. I don't think it is the idle speed. It's not the glow plug, i cheack. It seams to happen when i slow the car down fast or let is roll. I see nitro on the chasie, but i don't see where the it is leaking. It's a puddle under/neer where the exsauste header meats the exauste pipe.

It sounds like tunning but it doesn't make a diffrence when i richen it or lean it even by like two turns.

I need help. Thanks

sorry for many spelling errors that I proboly have.

Sounds like the coupler is not tight enough or u need a new one. If fuel is coming out that much then you are losing compression.

I would have to agree with Team 17, if there a puddle of fuel on the chassis where the pipe meets the header it sonds like your coupler is leaking pretty badly. This in turn will not create enough back pressure to properly push fuel to the carb, so when you slow down, the pressure drops, no or not enough fuel gets to the carb causing it to stall.

ohh thanks a million

That makes pleanty of sence. Usualy my compression is high and the glow plug heater eliment get well squished. My glow plug doesn't look squished so that means the compression droped.

Thanks again

Yeah, I just had that happen on mine and damnit!!! I was just at the LHS... I used automotive heater hose to get me through and completely forgot about it.

Make sure to use zipties to ensure a good seal on both the header side and muffler side of the coupler. It may seem tight when it's cold, but heat it up to 200 degrees and the silicone gets really plyable and doesn't stay tight.

Did that to my Monster gt when I changed to the side exhaust and the coupler was worn out. I got a new one and BAM works great. I just did an EL P on it and used like 4 zipties. I had 5 on there but it looked really hokie.

i got the new coupler and i'am going to install it. I got a longer one so that i can make a tighter seal on it. Thanks for the help.
