+1 on hams and its actually surprising the amount you have to richen up.

which is y when i do run during the winter i cover some of my air filter it has seemed to help out some especially if your not running a hotter plug.

ok so did a bit more starting... I loosened the plug a full turn (ratchet) and it seemed to start then stall and there would be a puddle of fuel then only did a half turn and puddle of fuel. The stupid sleeve is so tight it is really annoying to hold the truck down and pull the cord...

Go get your moms hair dryer and heat the motor up to at least 150 or if there is a heat gun around somewhere use that but be careful where you point it bc it will melt stuff witch hair dryer it will take a lil bit but be sure to heat the case and not just the head it should help with starting at least it has for me

it is just reallly tight partial flooding but ok will do
and I'm getting bloody knuckles lol

another tip put on a glove for the hand your pulling with if no gloves laying around put a old sock on your hand after my first pull start blisters i figured this out right quick lol

+1 on that

if you want some good gloves get some cycling gloves that only cover just past the knuckles that way your fingers are protected from getting blisters

Its my freaking knuckles i can't see the blisters but damn these pull starts suck would a starter box help?

Don't quote me, but if its flooded can't you remove the glow plug and tip it upside down?

Yehp and then pull the pull cord till it stops spurting out TONS of fuel
But it getss annoyign after the 4th or so time

heat up the block it will help alot.

Did it started on like third pull and then cut out... havent gotten it since. I get frustrated to easily by myself esp when i start bleedig gotta get gloves and someone else with me lol
On the bright side got rid of my pos revo tht was a pile of crap lol

Have you adjusted the idle gap any. sometimes a new motor the idle is set to almost closed. My first car i bought used and put a brand new motor in it got the motor in and pulled on the thing for like 15 mins not starting once, new something was wrong looked in the carb and well lets just say a motor wont run with not air. Check it and make sure its open enough

sweet gonna try to do this later today! Now I just have to find the screw

They are usually on the left of the hsn its a very small screw sometimes with a spring on it you can see heres a pic. clockwise widen the gap and counter clockwise will let it close more
