Picco .26 glow plug?

I just got my picco .26 red dot today and see it doesn't come with a glow plug. What plug should i use to brake it in with? Thanks any info wound be sweet. Thanks again.

A hot plug for break-in, medium for after break-in (about 5-10 tanks).
Actually you could just use a medium all the time, it's not critical.
