P2 Rocker Arms & Red Spacers -- a question

Hi,

I've purchased the P2 rocker arms and I have a question.

What are the red spacers for, and why do I want to use them?

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?

How would you install the red spacers?

What added effects do the spacers have?

Oh.. and I have a word of advice .. dont over tighten your slipper thingie, or that one steel gear inside the of big round thing in the middle will eat this one black gear. And opening that big round thing is in the middle is spooky hard to put back !!

The red spacers are to lengthen the push rods for use with the P-2 rockers. Just unscrew the rod ends, slip on the spacers and reinstall the ends. It makes the push rods the proper length to cam over the rockers correctly

The spacers are for the proper length for the progressive rate with the P2 rockers. or you can just get Lunsfords and use the little ty-wrap piece cut to the right length.
And I beleive Mr Owl said it was 3 licks.
