Be back in action.
Ok, been out of the net for a while but waiting on a c-130 back to the chu as i type this. 1st, thanks for the fuel. I won't need it personally but I know many who will and will make available to them at the same price it was available to me. ....fifty bucks a gal. Ha, just kidding. As for you...you new revo guy, I'm comming for ya. I'll figure out who you are soon enough by watch my dust cloud and see who's controlling the car in it. Besides, there was another revo showed up there just before I went on leave and this thing was a tricked out ebay purchase......who paid about 2/3's of what i did...rat bastard, but he's a good driver and will probably be kicking both our butts. We'll be racing for second.
Lastly, I said the hell with sneaky and took the remaing 3 gal's of fuel i had at home, still in it's orginal case, threw in some spare parts, filters, radio crystals and some other crap in the empty whole from the first gal sent, wrapped it in brown paper and sent the whole case over. It should be here soon. I don't mind sharing that, but that was not donated and it will cost ya....at a very fair price so we can get more when the time comes.
Also!!, I met Leo Bitner here in kuwait returning from R&R as well. He is the AAFES rep at speicher. I will be giving him the Byrons fuel contact info in Kuwait when we both get back to our regular computers and email and he will be trying to set up a purchase order making it available to specific requesters. So, for the individual looking for a "legal and safe" way to get fuel over here, I may have your answer soon. I'm hoping to work a good price through the supplier and get that information to aafes but don't count it. I have no idea what the mark up on it will be but expect to pay a little more for it here. Use that hazardous duty pay to shell out a few extra bones to keep our wonderful supporting spouses, friends, family, and of course the excellent members of this forum from potential fines should anyone get caught with a leaky bottle of hazmat in the mail.
I'll post more once i get back and get settled in.
