New NPRC page that includes nitro both in Street Outlaw and adds a SE spec class - https://www.facebook.com/nprceast
These are based on the "main" NPRC page rules as well as the nitro class that NPRC Houston added. I will keep these rules updated as other NPRC pages update.
I had reached out to other NPRC pages (including the one that most consider the "main" one) to ask them to consider addressing nitro, and it fell on deaf ears. I've actually been preaching this for months, and nothing happens, so I've taken matters into my own hands.
