I guess the only time I was ever Mr 21 was when I was about 21 - 24 because I was in the Army. After that I was stationed in Panama where the legal drinking age was able to reach the bar, with or without a stool. After Panama I was married so I didn't hang out with the barracks horde so I never was asked to buy again.
