Newbie needs minor help!

Hi all,

I've just bought a second hand Nitro car, inside the fuel tank is a yellow coloured liquid. My friend seems to think all nitro/glow fuel is kind of a pink colour. Is this correct? Should I not attempt to start my engine with this?

byrons fuel is orange/yellow not all fuel is one color

The fuel can be any color depending on the brand. I still would not try to start the engine with the fuel that is in the tank. Chances are it has been sitting in there a while and has gone bad, making the engine hard to start.

Just take a little nitro and squish it around in the tank pour it out make sure its not slime from sitting if it is just clean the tank out with Carb cleaner
