Thinking about getting one of these from Tamiya. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Come on guys! Who races the gravelhound around here?? :boxing:

Well, I'm not getting any help here. But, I'm gonna go right now and pick one up from my local HS. The first thing I'm gonna do is rip out the electronics and install the receiver I have with my KO Helios, as well as Hitec Servo 9545 novac esc. Any suggestion on other hop-ups??

The only electric I saw used but one servo and that was for steering. The throttle was controlled by the ESC so no servo required there. Maybe this one is different and requires two servos.

To be quite honest, this is way out of my field of experience. I'm not into electrics and 10th scale just doesn't do it for me. You however posted this in the 1/8th scale (nitro) buggy forum where I happen to troll through the threads (hence why I figured I'd check it out).

If you wanna buy it more power to ya. You could post a review of it too. So everyone knows how good it is (or maybe isn't cause you never know).

Yea, looks like a well designed car.

Yep, totally...I know it probably serves its purpose well.
