they ar all from same place in area of
200m / 650feet

Scale rigs will not do it here i know.
I need a Rock Crawler this time.
A bigger one. Atleast 1/10 . 1/8 is better

Roller or RTR.
Atleast the Car must be ready assembled
. I have no problem install electronics, paint body, and fix with wheels.
The only thing i hate is build from Scratch. I dont want to do that please.

I prefer Roller ,
because i have radio Futuba 2.4ghz and extra receiver,. also got servos different waterproof from 20-30kg
I also have one brand new 35t brushed 540 crawler engine. Maybe this is too smal ?
I believe i need 2.2 wheels atleast ?

Here comes to worst part. Max budget is Only 500bucks. Because i have bought alot new rc cars past 30days
1/5 Kraton EXB, One more limitless, and alot Options, 1/5 Combos and things., I have spent money like a Idiot already
this year.

I would really like to Crawling at this cool spot this summer alot.
Please help me choose the best possible rig for that low money.
i know my budget sucks, anyways, try help me. This is a cool place.

500bucks at extreme place like this is too low,, anyways what would make the most fun here with this smal money to start whit?

I have the radio and receiver+servo, and maybe motor also. ? if brushed 35t Crawler 540 motor is ok

I need it Ready to run For 500bucks, i can wait another month to upgrade it with better combo later, just start with some cheap brushed ESC to my motor i have new in box already left over maybe ?
I have one old Losi Night Crawler i will move these things to later.
I can start with one cheap china Crawler ESC

i will be at this place for 4-5 months starting 1may this year

i got this info today, that i will be at this place this summer.
I have been there once before, and last time i did feel bad about not having a Rock Crawler with me.
Because that is important to do here
:meh:

Axial 1/6. If thats too much a Traxxas Trx4 or Axial scx10 line.
You want 4wd, and locked diffs, maube even brass down low to keep the front down and traction on all 4. The trucks linked are also design not to toeque twist like the earliar crawlers.
Traxxas trx 4

Axial scx line.

Another item is a sensored esc and motor. It makes the truck have gobs of torque and ni clogging. A brushed is fine but this gives you ultimate control. I have the castle creations 2280kv. I can pull a 40 Ibs dolly with the highest pinion all the way to full throttle. 😎😎 this is for a 1/10 scale.

OMG that Axial 1/6 in Green. I will buy one next year.
Its brutal.

This summer i have lower budget because i have buy so many new cars this year already.

TRX4 they are solid rigs right ?
I have found one Rolling chassie now TRX4 in great condition.
The guy sells it for 200bucks , no combo, no wheels, no radio

I have 6ch dumbo, and 3ch futuba radio. 25 and 30kg servo waterproof also
TRX4 needs 4-5 channel ?

Those Sensored Copperhead sounds nice.
I would have one strong combo so i can put alot extra weight to the rig also.

I have many 3s lipos.
Would the 1900kv be enough because 3s ?

Then i need some Sticky tyres,
i like to add about 100g / 3.5 ounches extra weight in each front wheel , and half that on rear wheels 50g to start with

Maybe Hyrax tires, or what do you recommend ?

Should i by right now the TRX4 dualspeed lightly used roller ? 200bucks only. I have reserved it for 24h

Okey guys
I will open the big bank account this time.

I need many new Crawlers,
I will buy Axial 1/6
WILL?
NO i did it actually :) i did pay and push thar ORDER buttom, Now it is on way to me. :jimlad:

i also have buy one used TRX4 chassie.
And also ordered one Injory chassie or what is that brand ?

And soon maybe one RC CROSS also

My wife will be very very very angry
What words do i need say to her ? After spending 2000buck ++ today
I did promise no more buying like a year ago.

Sounds like your off to a good start. Now may not be the best time, but do you have a 3d printer?

I dont see any rc or other rockcrawler being able to handle this planned area.Maybe you should make some type of 8 legged freak to handle that .but it ids one beautiful area. are you sure its not federally protected looks like it

For the record I would like to state my name is Rusty Shackleford. 🤣😁

This may come in use.

You will more than likely need weight down low. Brass diff covers, lockouts, c hubs, and steering blocks. To beef up plastic shock towers, frame parts, and anything above the tires, I would go aluminum to keep the center of gravity low.

For wheels, I would go aluminum or steel, and even plastic. If you add weights to the wheels, the drive line will be stressed and may fail sooner then later. This is for after you drive the truck and have stability issues if there is any.

I have the scx10 ii and am overly impressed at what this truck can handle.
