My First Nitro RC car!

Hello!

Not sure who will see this or if I am posting in the right place but hey ho!

I've joined the big wide world of Nitro RC cars and I can already see how fun it is. I managed to pick one up with a controller and 2 litres of fuel for £50. Ide consider that a decent deal.

All I want to know is, A) what car do you recon this is? And B) what upgrades can I do to it and where can I get them from. All I know is its 1/10th scaled, has a SH racing engine, the steering cups that support the two front wheels have sapped at the bottom. Metal replacements would be preferred, assuming they exist for this model and it's four wheel drive with a two speed gearbox.

I am in the west Yorkshire region of the UK

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That looks almost identical to my Redcat Lightning STR. But there are very very slight differences to it. Ummm Maybe an RS4 I believe?

Welcome to RCNT ! I'm fairly certain that is an HSP 1/10 scale on road rally car. You might check with Nitrotek there in the UK. They deal in HSP models. It also closely resembles the Redcat Lightning STR. You may be able to use those parts also. They are manufactured by the same company. Hope this helps.

And there are parts everywhere for it. because I'm almost certain now that it is an HPI RS4. I have a couple RS4 parts on my Lightning STR because both cars are identical. They're like the Eagle Talon and Mitsubishi Eclipse.
