My delphi has some of the top of the line poop in it. I have a reedy ti modified 8turn motor and intelli speed 8 turn esc. This is my first electric so I'm not to familiar with it. I can give my car gass for like 10 secounds then it stops on its own and kinda takes a break. This only happen when i give it wot. Running it medium speed it last 20 secounds then takes a 30 secound break then I'm off for 20 secounds etc etc. Any suggestions on how to fix?

See what's getting hot. Check the ESC and the motor. It sounds like there's something shorting out, then cutting off for protection. My guess is there's a problem in the ESC.
Another test. Disconnect a wire to the motor, and just work the steering for a while, and see if it still cuts out.
