Motor Saver inserts, help, which one to get

Hallo,
I bought motor saver air filter for Revo and bought also inserts for quck replacing. But I am mistaken and bought 10FM (3 in one package). They are too small for revo motor saver filter.
Please, can me somebody help with choice the right inserts which fits?
