Well I have read a lot of rumors that the mgt will be discontinued. Tower Hobbies has it listed as discontinued, rc10.com has it as out of stock and Hobby people says they will no longer carry it in thier stores.... Sucks.

I just got one and, Well What parts should I stock up on? The obviouse would be suspension arms but what else? what usually brakes on this model.

Also I think I read on this forum that someone talked to AE about this at the expo in Pomona last month. I couldn't find the topic again but I believe it said that AE told them they have no plans to discontinue the mgt 3.0... Can anyone confirm this... it sure seams like it's on it's way out :\
 
I figured it would be. It never seemed to catch on even though it's a nice truck. Retailers have been practically giving them away lately.
 
Yeah, I haven't run mine yet but it looks well made and I have read a lot of good things about it. It's a shame too, I just came across this vehicle and it looks to be on it's way out after only 2 years. hopefully They are just discontinuing this model# and comming out with a revised model compatable with origional mmgt parts.

I'm going to make an order today for some arms and drive axles. Anything Else I should order up?

I highly doubt that they will discontinue it..,, i just bought one myself..., and my local hobbie shop.., loves the truck themselves...,,

I also have a question for u.., does your radio system work ok.., mine wont work right, when I'm driving it it seems like they will just shut off and turn back on...??? had to chase it down four times already.... and advice will be much appreciated...???
 
Honestly I haven't even broken it in yet and I've had it since the 13th LOL. I've been fixing my LST and got a slash so I've been busy. I'll let you know when I do run the truck. Check all your wires, maybe something is loose...
