These guys have some cool miscellaneous old bits and bobs, as @Littlemotor calls it - unobtanium, and at great prices, and fair shipping to boot.

I placed a small order last night and goofed on my order. I emailed them immediately after ordering to ask for a refund of the extra item I added, and I called just a few minutes ago to verify they got my email. The awesome guy on the other end answered and I explained who I was. "Oh yeah, I got your email. I took care of it and am boxing your order up now", just as I hear a tape gun ripping across a package.

Support these awesome small hobby shops every chance you get guys!

Thanks for posting the unobtainable plug after @Littlemotor went shopping. 😝🤪
He hasn't shopped there, yet lol. As far as I know. But give them a look for anything you are having a hard time locating. You might have to scroll through some stuff to find your items, but after finding the servo mount I was looking for, I scrolled through some more pages of my xxx-sct search and found the unobtainable rear sway bar set I missed out on at Tony's Hobbies in Cali, along with the link ends I needed after finding a broken one.

Not to hijack this thread, but while where mentioning good plugs... I have another one!

https://www.facebook.com/anchoragehouseofhobbies (this is more up to date than the website. Look at their "shop updates" to get an idea of what they have.)

They will ship stuff, although their website doesn't have much for stock. You're better off calling them as their in store stock is much better and actually updated. Very knowledgable staff. They've been around for something like 60 years and have sold RC's for a long time. They have some obscure things hidden away in boxes. I went last summer and they pulled a box out looking for some vintage RC stuff and pulled a TRX-1 chassis out of it and had no idea what it was. 😂 They even had some very very vintage 1/4 scale on display that was really cool. Maybe if enough out of state guys call in orders, they'll actually take care of their website. Used RC's too and clearance! Gundam, trains, lego, slot cars, models, planes, drones, etc.

They do a Hobby Fest every year as well and really support their community.

Looks like there is more stuff sold out than there is in stock.
Yeah, every shop I have searched for XXX-SCT parts does as well. But hidden amoung that stuff I have found just about every hopup available for this old truck. I haven't bought them all, but I found them. There is still a bunch of STRC gems hiding on a couple of the shops I've found. Maybe I will grab them down the road if they are still there.

That is only a couple of hours from me, I might have to make a road trip when it warms up!
