Maxx makes nasty noise when slam on brakes at speed or hard into reverse. What could it be. It sounds like wheel catching the plastic body

Pretty sure body is not catching anywhere I presumed it was that for ages but can't see anywhere wher it could possibly be catching it even when hard on the brakes....doesn't really affect it just sounds horrible and didn't used to do it. Sounds like plastic binding at speed? Only when brake hard going fast or slamm in reverse it makes the noise but stop as it picks up speed

Ring and pinion or front diff gears would be my guess. May just need a shim to push the ring gear towards the pinion. Also check for a cracked or work bulkhead.
