Thats insane. One of the guys at my LHS lost his in a pond at a funfly lastyear. He took a dive.

I'm finding flying my mCP X BL much easier, because of and thanks to the SIM practice and my micro quads.
I'm very happy to have gotten into this RC hobby stuff. And looking forward to the more rewarding aspect of flying, once I finally get my 700E completed.
Definitely not really a kit for beginners like myself.
Oh well, bit off a huge chunk, but slowly it's getting digested...

I went a little too far in an extremely high speed banked turn about 6 feet off the ground. Came in contact with a small tree branch..The boom broke and the wires were tightly wound around the main shaft. One of the kbdd blades was also destroyed. I watched it ball up and cannonball into the ground

Yeah...
I tell ya the truth, if you buy quality wooden blades, and use one of these for setting your pitch and travel range, I have never once had to adjust tracking after my initial setup on a flybarless heli.
