lst 2 slipper clutch

I bought a lst 2 new and having alot of trouble with the slipper clutch

what kind of trouble? we need more info to help you....

we can,t stop it from slipping.
we have tried cleaning it, taking out the spring and packing it with washers,
even have slotted the disc to give it more friction.
After doing up the nut as tight as we can it will run fine for about a half a tank then
will slip if you try to acc of the mark hard or if you are cornering and acc again.
when it gets hot it won,t drive at all.

you sure that the slipper cause if its as tight as poss it should work fine. are you sure you got all the parts on right and you sure the tranny is set rite

I have an aftershock & an lst and have trouble with the one way bearing on the large spur gear. I have put in a half dozen in both trucks!! Losi says they have been failing one after another.Dealer said same thing. Just keep a couple on hand easy fix . Good luck.
