low voltage cutoff for lipo

Hey, I tried some searching, but I'm new I'm sort of new to R/C's
What I need help with is not with an R/C vehicle, but I think we both face a similar problem.
I am using a 3 cell lipo battery, and need to sense low voltage (I don't to sense all of the cells) and cut off voltage 100%. I basically have a bunch of batteries that a bunch of people use and want to make sure that these people don't over discharge these things while using them, or if they go to grab a battery, and its already low, they won't be able to use it. If there is something out there that I can just buy, that would be great, but I also don't mind building one.

As for a low voltage cut off, in the RC world that is controled by the car's Electronic Speed Controller. I have no idea what you would use as I dont know what you are using them for. Airsoft maybe? Actually I dont know what you would use peroid outside of RC....I dont use them outside of RC lol.

HobbyWing (http://www.hobbywing.com/product_show.asp?id=210) has one but only for 2s.

For 2-4s please check the Team Novak one (http://www.shopatron.com/products/productdetail/part_number=5476/135.0.1.1). Not sure how many you are buying, you might want to email Novak directly and see if you can get a bulk discount.

you can also use low voltage alarms. they plug into the balancing port and stay there and an alarm sounds when the voltage drops to 3.3 per cell. They are really cheap and the come in a varity of sizes
